Key Deer ~ This deer paused by the side of the road and looked at us. She was very pretty, with a sweet face.
Key Deer ~ On the Keys there is a protected area for the Key Deer, which ia an endangered species of very small deer. They were indeed very small and fragile-looking, and had a very sweet manner about them.
Indigo Bunting ~ This male bunting was one of many migrating through southern Florida when I was there. The male is this beautiful turquoise blue, and the females are a pretty warm brown.
