The glass structures in the foreground are Muttart Conservancy, four separate biosphere environments, with different ecological gardens inside each one. They allow a garden experience even during the sometimes harsh winters of Alberta.
Edmonton Capitol with Balloons ~ Hot air balloons drifting over downtown. A few moments later they began to descend, and I wondered where in the downtown they planned to land. They disappeared from sight, and the mystery remained a mystery.
Edmonton Downtown Skyline ~ While walking in Strathearn Park, a couple of blocks from where I was staying, I discovered, across the Saskaschewan River, the downtown area. The trees were in their autumn colors, and it was a beautiful day.
