Morning in Johnston Canyon ~ Around the Banff National Park, there are enormous craggy peaks everywhere you look. This is one viewed while exploring Johnston Canyon one early morning as the sun rose.
Dragonfly Duo on Spruce ~ These two dragonflies were resting, along with many others, on the spruce trees above the river in Edmonton. It was a foggy/rainy day, with thunder nearby. As we walked near the trees, swarms of dragonflies rose into the air, only to settle back onto the needles moments later.
