For those who enjoyed the Holy Cow! photo from yesterday, this one takes it to a whole new level. It was photographed in the small town of Baywood, in the Los Osos Valley near Morro Bay. The icon for the area is the bear (Oso means bear, right?), so some very imaginative person added to the Cow Parade, making a half bear, half cow (udders and all) and then made it very California with the Monarch butterflies that famously winter nearby, California poppies, the state flower, and fitted her with sunglasses and a paddleboard. Fortunately this may be the only Cow-bear in existence.
