Tern Lake in Alaska is on the Kenai Peninsula, at the juncture of two main roads. Arctic terns, gulls and Trumpeter Swans nest here. Although it was pretty cloudy and not at all bright, the wild roses were gorgeous bright pink, and in really big bushes.
The Seward Small Boat Harbor is the starting point for many fishing and tour boat excursions. This was a beautiful sunny day without clouds...unusual.
