Mythical Bird in the Garden ~ This interesting metal work was a small part of a decorative fence by the Boddy House at Descanso Gardens in La Canada-Flintridge, California.
Hands of Peace ~ This is detail of a gilt statue at Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights, California. It is the largest Buddhist Temple and Monastery in North America. There are many gardens, statues and flowers. This statue particularly appealed to me.
