Several years ago I attended the Tall Ships Festival in Dana Point, CA. While waiting to board the old sailing vessel I went out in for the cannon battle, this pirate-garbed gentleman came walking up the gangplank. Years ago I visited a Renaissance Fair in Colorado, and one of the artisans there had created many wonderful ceramic faces of women. I was so taken by them, I photographed quite a few of them. (They were pretty expensive so I didn't by one, tho I was sorely tempted!) Tonight I happened to run across a couple of these old shots, and decided to share this one.
