When I went hiking at Forest Falls the other day it was snowing lightly, with a blue sky and white clouds here and there. Looking up to the mountain peaks around me, this is what I saw--new fallen snow on the trees on the upper elevations. This was the first snow of the season, and not enough to make the mountains look really white with snow. It was nice seeing the fresh snow, however, and hiking around in nature on that quite chilly day. 11/5/22 www.sparhawkphotography.com
I went birding up at Forest Falls in the mountains today. It was actually snowing when I got there and there was quite a bit of hail on the ground. As I walked into the forest, I spotted this grouping of fallen leaves, rocks and "snow". I thought it made a nice natural arrangement. 11/4/22 www.sparhawkphotography.com
Out at the Pumpkin Patch there were a lot of these frilly type of sunflowers growing. I liked their look, but wanted to do something more with this one. I liked the textured background, used behind the flower, and as the frame as well. 11/3/22 www.sparhawkphotography.com
