OK, I'll admit it--I ate dinner late last night, and got lazy and didn't wash my dishes. Why this confession? This morning when I saw the dishes and pans in the sink, a pan lid soaking with soapy water caught my eye. The soap bubbles looked great, and the light from above formed shadow lines on the metal surface. I had fun shooting the bubbles, and as an alternative, played with the colors as well, which I may post later. On my walk yesterday I passed by a garden that had a grouping of about 20 of these large and beautiful Amaryllis blooms. So today I went back to that street with my camera a took a few shots.
