Momma Squirrel at Lunch ~ This (possibly) nursing mother squirrel was munching on some goodie, completely oblivious to the annoying photographer that kept creeping closer, trying to get the shot through the bushes. Although in the shadows, I liked the catch light in her eye.
This beautiful Mexican Wolf seemed very intent on watching people who were watching him. I love his golden eye and thick coat. He was at The Living Desert in Palm Desert, California.
Elephant Seal Standoff ~ These two young males Elephant Seals were engaging in "practice" fighting, getting ready for the real thing, in early spring. They made amazingly loud bellows, and were fun to watch.
