Fern Frond Swirl ~ In Fern Canyon at Descanso Gardens, there were many types of ferns, including large Tree Ferns. This emerging fern frond was on one of the tree ferns.
About to Unfurl ~ This Tree Fern frond was beginning to unfurl, showing the beginnings of the lacy frond it would become.
Pastel Tulip ~ Many of the tulips were brightly colored and showy; this one, on the other hand, was lovely in it's own pale and quiet way.
