When walking in my son's neighborhood in San Diego on Christmas morning, I saw a lot of Bird of Paradise plants in the gardens, with many blooms on them. One plant had at least 50 flowers in bloom. This one appears to be a "triple" with so many petals opening out from the bud and stem--I thought it was especially pretty against the fence. 1/13/20 Judith Sparhawk
