I was driving around in Redlands today and spotted a large bed of hollyhocks of many different colors, outside the fence of a yard. Of course I had to stop and shoot several of the colors, and since it was right by the street, I didn't even need to ask permission. 5/31/19 Judith Sparhawk
This cluster of Bougainvillea flowers was on a bush I passed by on my evening walk the other day. This is my favorite color for this flower, less common here than the deeper pink/magenta blooms. I tried a new street for my walk the other evening and saw these flowers, which I believe are Spider Lilies. I went back the next night with my camera and took a few photos of flowers along the way. 8/9/19 Judith Sparhawk
