An abstract I created a long time ago, photographing very close-up views of the inside of a glass paperweight in my collection. I played with colors on my computer, and liked the mix of colors. 6/3/19 Judith Sparhawk
Was playing with old images, creating some abstracts. I did this one in b&w and then turned it to sepia, which seemed to show the textures more. It makes it look like some type of stitchery, a surprising effect, since this all started as the spiral staircase in one of the lighthouses I visited last summer in northern Michigan. A little filtering here and there, and this is where it seemed to end up! 1/5/20 Judith Sparhawk
This is a detailed view of part of an installation at the Noah Purifoy Desert Museum. I liked the shapes and lines. I used a textured filter to create this abstract. 12/14/19 Judith Sparhawk
