A different view of this young girl from the Lavender Festival last June. The tree she is "sitting" in (thanks to PS) is a huge 1100 year old oak tree on the farm where the festival was held.
Sometimes we just need a secret place to hide away, to be with our thoughts or our sadness, or just to have some solitude. This little girl was photographed at the Lavender Festival last summer. I decided to incorporate a small part of a huge 1100 year old oak tree on the farm where the festival was held, giving this girl her own special place.
